1.What can I return?
You may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was undamaged upon receipt.
Shoes and clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Music and video must be unopened. All packing, wrapping tags must be intact.
2.When can I apply for a return?
After the goods were purchased, you can apply for return within 7 days after confirmation of receipt; individual goods (for example, overseas food of short-acting period, clothing for personal use, etc.) may not support 7 days to return with no reason.
3.How do I return items?
We've made the return/exchange process easy. Simply mail the item (s) in their original receipt. If you do not have the sales receipt, you may include a piece of paper detailing the purchaser's order number and last name, address, phone number and email address.
Please provide instruction (i.e. if it's a return or exchange, and if an exchange of the correct size or product details is requested ) .
4.How long does it take to process the return period?
Under normal circumstances, the processing will be completed within 7 days from the date you receive the problem goods. Please refer to the refund instructions for the refund time of each payment method.
5.Who pays for shipping?
If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will reimburse ship cost for return,We request that items are returned by the least expensive means.
Items returned due to change of mind (definitive sizing information is posted on our site) require returning the item (s) to us.
6.What shipping methods can we choose when returning goods?
Depending on the items you're returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return.
